Hsien Naidu​

With over 20 years of consumer retail experience in the Asia Pacific region, Hsien Naidu’s wide experience in handling key executive positions from varying industries gained her valuable insights in franchising, marketing, branding. ​

Currently the Director of Astreem Consulting in Singapore, Hsien has over 10 years of international franchising experience under her belt. Her experience and insights to the franchise industry is key in selecting only the best international Education franchise brands for Enrich Asia. ​

Her burning passion for educating the masses is the driving force behind Enrich Asia. ​

As a mother of a young child, Hsien built Enrich Asia with the desire of wanting to provide quality education opportunities that her daughter has. ​

Future Gen Learning education programs that shapes young minds and build leaders of tomorrow. ​

Graduated from Murdoch University with a Double Major in Marketing and Business Management, Audrey’s background in business development and franchise brokering provides a strong platform as a Franchise Director in Enrich Asia Pte Ltd. ​

Prior to Enrich Asia Pte Ltd, Audrey was a Regional Franchise Manager for Astreem Consulting Pte Ltd, and gained extensive franchising experience in the different SEAsia markets. This experience allows Audrey to ensure that the franchise brands of Enrich Asia Pte Ltd is held to international franchising standards and support. ​

Having had about 10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales and Marketing and 4 years in franchising, Audrey is able to help Enrich Asia Brands and Franchisees maintain an international standard by managing and developing strategies for them. ​

Gail Perez​

Graduated from De La Salle University – Dasmarinas in Science in Business Administration Major in Business Management, Gail has been focusing her career on marketing and franchising. ​

With her deep passion in Marketing, Franchising and Entrepreneurship, she is currently a resource speaker for Business Coach Inc and was a Marketing Consultant for Francorp before joining Enrich Asia as a Marketing Manager. ​

​

Having had 10 years of experience in Marketing and 6 years of experience in Franchising, Gail has developed successful marketing strategies and been responsible in launching new products, brand awareness and analysis in a wide variety of industries like Petroleum, Raw Materials and Household Products. ​

Gail brings the core skills of developing successful marketing strategies and franchise development know-how to Enrich Asia. Her rich experience in marketing and franchising will be key to assist franchisees to successfully expand in their local territory and nationally. ​

Joshua graduated with a degree in Marketing Management from Ateneo de Naga University,  he is currently the Sales and Franchising Manager in Enrich Asia Pte Ltd. ​

Prior to Enrich Asia, Joshua was the Franchise Development Manager for an Education Franchise, AMA Computer Learning Center, Inc and has experience in successful development and expansion of franchises, ensuring franchisees’ smooth transition into their franchising journey.  ​

With 5 years of experience in the education and sales industry since his stint in Rex Bookstore as a Tertiary Materials Advisor, he has a wealth of experience in Sales strategies that will help franchisees create the winning sales formula.
